The Automatic Isoperibol Instrument is designed with the latest Oxygen Bomb, Auto Oxygen Charging-Discharging system Auto Lift system and choice of display. The operator's job is limited to putting the sample - fill Oxygen Bomb on the hook. The instrument is programmed to take over the operation thereafter. It will automatically descend to the set position and fill Oxygen. After the experiment is over, the Bomb will automatically ascend and let out the exhaust gases.
All the processes in the experiment are Automatic. There is no need to manually fill Oxygen, Relief Air, Measure Water, Adjust Water Temperature etc.
The Combustion Bomb is thick walled halogen and corrosion resistant. Each Combustion Bomb is individually tested at high pressure and is supplied with test and certificate.
Another added feature of the instrument is the incorporation of an Easy Hands-free – Automatic Closed Loop water circulation system (automatic pipette system) for filling around 2000ml of water in the inner bucket. This system offers a big advantage over conventional Glass Pipette based water measurement and dosing system where the user has to repeatedly take out the inner Bucket to fill and drain water before and after every experiment. The new system offers automatic, hands-free, fast, easy and accurate Water Filling and Draining.
The instrument allows the use of combustion aids like mineral oils, cotton thread, Benzoic Acids etc., which is compensated in the software.
